  6. Some  guys  in the scene claim to have
  7. more  than  ¬230 to 100¬1 contacts.  Isn't
  8. this  a  little  bit  overwork?  A guy
  9. which  I  swap with said to me that he
  10. had  ¬3over 100 contacts¬1!  I am not glad
  11. with  this,  because he just makes ONE
  12. letter, and he copies it 100 times...

  14. When I asked something in the previous
  15. letter  or  made  a remark he wouldn't
  16. take notice of that coz of his §ABIG§1 job
  17. to copy just another 100 letters.  Why
  18. don't  people  stick  to ¬25¬1 contacts or
  19. so?   I  mean,  this  can't  be  wrong
  20. because  I do it for years now.  Maybe
  21. you  think  :   ¬4W  H  A  T?¬1   Is  HE a
  22. swapper,  but  §aYES§1  I  am  !   I write
  23. personal  things,  am  always open for
  24. questions  wherever  about  and I take
  25. time  to answer them.  Then you should
  26. think  :   Do you still get enough and
  27. recent stuff ?  ¬2Ofcourse!¬1

  29. E.g.  one guy sends me demos, mags and
  30. another  sends  me some games, pd etc.
  31. Also   money   ain't  a  problem  when
  32. swapping   with   so   few   freaks  !
  33. Nowadays  in  Holland you pay for each
  34. sending   with   ¬310¬1   disks   f.   4,-
  35. (Guilders)   and   don't   forget  the
  36. ¬2audio-tapes¬1,  ¬2chocolate¬1 or other stuff
  37. that  weights  ounces  more.   There's
  38. also  a  lot  of  time saved for doing
  39. other spare-time activities.

  41. I know a guy who's selling games -yes,
  42. only  games- to  make  some money with
  43. it.   But, it is such a lot of work to
  44. do  and  it is boring too.  I can also
  45. go  to  a  factory  to  do work on the
  46. assembly-line for 8 hours a day and it
  47. is just as boring as copying.

  49. Also you might wonder sometimes:

  51. Where  the  f##k  are  these  3  disks
  52. coming  from?   Maybe contact nr.  32?
  53. Did I send this guy stuff on ¬2MY¬1 disks,
  54. or  could  it  be  ¬3HIS¬1 disks?  I don't
  55. know  anymore...   You've  got to do a
  56. whole   book-keeping  for  that!   So,
  57. let's show ¬3all the reasons together¬1:

  59. ¬2-  to take time for questions, remarks
  60. ¬3-  to tell more personal things
  61. ¬2-  to save cash, less stamps=MORE BEER
  62. ¬3-  to save time  to  do  other hobby's
  63. ¬2-  to keep a better eye on in / out
  64.    going of disks

  66. Ofcourse  it  is  nice to have ¬4lots of
  67. contacts¬1, but just make sure they know
  68. you well and vice versa.  If you think
  69. you    don't    have   a   real   good
  70. friendshipband with your contacts then
  71. take  me  as  an  example and then you
  72. might    like   these   ¬2five¬1   reasons
  73. mentioned above....
